Mobility
Battery Pack Case (BPC) Materials / Body Components
ALUS is a leader in the development of BPC materials/body parts. In cooperation with Hyundai and Kia Motors and related companies, we have completed the development of a total of 50 sample and prototype products, and are mass-producing and supplying BPC parts for three vehicles.
Automotive Lightweighting Materials/Parts
ALUS is currently in mass production of automotive lightweight components such as seat rails, bumpers, and side sills. We are also actively engaged in the development of various lightweight materials and components in collaboration with multiple customers.
Battery Module Case
Since the development of module cases for Company M in 2018, ALUS has been involved in numerous projects with various customers. This includes mass production of cover plate materials for Company L's ESS (Energy Storage System) and the development and prototype supply of end plate components for Company F.
Construction temporary materials, Curtain wall components
ALUS deals with major domestic aluminum temporary construction companies and supplies AL-Form materials and products. We offer integrated solutions, from the development of high-strength AL-Support products to certification and mass production, meeting the demands for high-strength materials. ALUS experience supplying to over a hundred construction sites, ALUS promises the highest quality and on-time delivery for complex curtain wall systems.
Electronic and Mechanical Components
ALUS has been in continuous production of large heatsink materials for Company L and has enhanced its competitiveness through ongoing research and development, including the development of high-performance thermal materials in collaboration with Company S.
Profile Systems
ALUS develops profile molds based on design analysis and supplies excellent profile products to numerous customers.
Furniture Components
ALUS has experience in the development and mass production of various furniture components, ranging from handles for Company S's refrigerators to handles and frames for furniture from Company H.
